The IRC is saddened to report that La Say Paw, a laboratory technician with the IRC’s refugee partner organization, the Karenni Health Department, was killed on March 22 in the blaze that took the lives of 36 others and injured over 200 in the Ban Mae Surin refugee camp in northwest Thailand. more »

Naget fled shelling in the Syrian city of Homs ten months ago. In February her family became one of the first to join the IRC’s cash distribution program, which provides debit cards and funds for Syrian refugees in Lebanon to use on basic necessities. more »
