After fleeing drought and famine in Somalia, Saadia and her family arrived on the outskirts of a refugee camp in Kenya last July. Life there was very difficult, and Saadia and her husband started to fight. After he beat her, she turned to the IRC, which gave her support and a new-found confidence. more »
