"When I'm here in the garden, I feel like I'm home."
So says Ugandan refugee Luchia Lokonyen, who was resettled in San Diego four years ago and finds healing in a 600 square-foot International Rescue Committee garden that she shares with 85 other families from places like Cambodia, Myanmar and Somalia.
