One Year On: The IRC helps the survivors of Myanmar’s Cyclone Nargis recover

Life is slowly returning to normal in the Irrawaddy Delta. This woman picks flowers to give as an offering in a temple in Thin Gan Kone village. The village’s primary school was completely destroyed by Cyclone Nargis and the IRC is now reconstructing a cyclone-resistant school for over 300 children here.
