JALALABAD, Afghanistan -
A boy arrives home to his family's tent in a settlement on the outskirts of the eastern town of Jalalabad. He is among the thousands of people without property who have returned home after decades in Pakistani refugee camps. Devastated by decades of conflict and natural disasters, Afghanistan is the poorest country in Asia.
