Nearly 80,000 Somalis, including almost 20,000 people displaced by drought and conflict, are taking part in livelihoods programs including livestock distribution and cash-for-work. Salado Ali Salat, seen here, received five goats. "I didn't have an income before," she said. "The goats give me milk to feed my children and sell in the market to buy rice."
