The International Rescue Committee's Ned Colt recently met several generations from one family in a village in Pakistan where we've been helping residents recover from the floods which inundated a fifth of the country in 2010. Ned says:

"The matriarch of this family figures her age to be 100, but says she can only guess. She's slowed down over the years, but helps care for her great-grandchildren. In 2010 the floodwaters reached the top of the door behind her."
