I am traveling with a team of IRC colleagues delivering aid in Pakistan where a staggering 20 million people's lives have been disrupted by the country's worst flooding in living memory. At least 1,600 people are known to have lost their lives and the devastation is epic. more »

She is looking for a suitcase she kept clothes in, but it is nowhere to be found. This area, near the city of Peshawar, was wiped out in Pakistan’s worst flooding in living memory. more »

At least 1,600 people have been killed and 20 million impacted by the flooding throughout Pakistan. IRC senior communications officer Peter Biro spoke with CNN today about the "second disaster" now facing the country: outbreaks of disease. more »

Why would victims of the Haiti earthquake stay in overcrowded camps if they had somewhere else to go? More than six months after the earthquake, people ought to be leaving camps that were set up under emergency conditions. more »
