An urgent Haiti "to do" list for world leaders

Today, officials from governments around the globe are meeting in New York to discuss how best to help Haiti.
IRC president George Rupp and seven other aid agency leaders have set out half a dozen action points for this meeting they say could save lives and provide opportunities for millions of Haitians now and for years to come. You can read their urgent Haiti "to do" list in The Huffington Post.
