Alinga Ekuru, 35, walked four hours from her drought-stricken village to reach an IRC clinic where her two-year-old daughter was treated for malnutrition. Alinga has been relying on milk from relatives' goats to feed her family. more »

Many others have written about the unfathomable human suffering that is playing out in the Horn and East Africa due to the drought and famine. After visiting the IRC’s programs in Kenya no words seem adequate.
