Humanitarian Groups Urge Bush to Ask UN to Coordinate Relief Efforts for Iraq

The CEOs of 13 leading relief and advocacy organizations, including IRC president George Rupp, urged President Bush today to ask the UN to serve as the humanitarian coordinator for Iraq.
