More than a week after the October 8 quake, landslides blocked the road to this remote hamlet perched high on a cliff in the Himalayan foothills. No aid reached Hotil until an IRC emergency relief team arrived Wednesday with food, water and warm quilts. IRC information officer Scott Anger accompanied the team and shared the following photos.
