Uganda Special Report - Unimaginable Suffering
The longstanding civil war in Northern Uganda has shattered livelihoods, destroyed healthcare and schools and instilled a constant state of fear among the population. Alan Batkin and Jonathan Wiesner, co-chairs of the IRC Board of Directors, recently visited these camps and were stunned by the conditions they found.
