Susan Kotcher, Vice President of Development
Susan Kotcher is the International Rescue Committee's vice president of development, overseeing the IRC’s work with top donors -- individuals, foundations and corporations.
Ms. Kotcher calls on nearly 17 years of broad based nonprofit experience, both domestic and international. Most recently she was vice president of development at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Her prior experience includes fundraising for Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Barnard College, running advocacy campaigns for voting and reproductive rights, and implementing public health programs in Mexico.
Ms. Kotcher earned a BA from Barnard College and MA from Columbia University, both in political science. She teaches yoga and meditation and lives in New York City with her partner, Steven.
