We moved to a new home!

The Suburban Washington Resettlement Center (SWRC) moved into a new home!  The offices can be found on the third floor of 8719 Colesville Rd in Silver Spring, not far from the previous location on Georgia Avenue. The SWRC is home to staff and clients from the International Rescue Committee, Lutheran Social Services, Ethiopian Community Development Council, Baltimore City Community College and the Department of Health and Human Services. As the agencies continue to work together to serve clients in the Suburban Washington area, the new space has already made a difference in creating an open environment conducive to greater collaboration, benefiting staff and clients alike. The SWRC will open its doors to friends, families, partners and community members by hosting an Open House around International Women’s Day in the beginning of March. Exact details to come!
