Congratulations to 4 New Citizens

On July 4th, the annual Monticello Independence Day Celebration and Naturalization Ceremony welcomed four former refugees resettled by the IRC as citizens of the United States.

IRC congratulates these refugees from Afghanistan and Uzbekistan for this accomplishment, as well as all former refugees that have naturalized as U.S. citizens in the last year.
