Vehicles donated to IRC are given to refugees who immediately use them to gain and sustain employment.    Your tax-deductible donation opens up job possibilities in situations where either location or work hours keeps public transportation from being a suitable option.  The IRC accepts cars in running condition with a current inspection sticker.  If your car is not in running condition, IRC may still be able to accept it as a donation; it can be sold to provide funding in support of IRC’s general operations.  To donate a vehicle, call 434 979 7772 x 114.
