New at IRC

The IRC welcomes Economic Empowerment Coordinator Daniella De Franco. De Franco is an AmeriCorps*VISTA member who previously worked to create educational opportunities for refugees at the IRC in Dallas. In Charlottesville she will expand the IRC’s refugee-run community garden and develop microenterprise projects.  Daniella is a graduate of Carleton College and has experience reporting and fact-checking for The Atlantic and the Center for Investigative Reporting.
