Save the Date: IRC Fundraiser May 15

SAVE THE DATE for IRC's annual fundraiser on Saturday, May 15, 2010, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at CitySpace on the Downtown Mall. PURE: Bringing Refugees Home will feature the runway début of PURE, the Summer 2011 women's wear collection by designer Kristina Constantine, a former IRC client. Guests will enjoy hors d'oeuvres, Virginia wine and live music, before viewing PURE. The collection is a set of Virginia lifestyle cocktail looks based on sustainable and un-dyed fabrics, featuring the beauty of natural colors, clean cuts, modern accessories, and handmade textures and embroidery.
 
All proceeds from the event will go directly toward funding IRC programs to assist refugees in Charlottesville.
