From Harm to Home Walk in Abilene
In celebration of World Refugee Day, the IRC in Abilene will host the first annual From Harm to Home Walk in downtown Abilene on the evening of Saturday, June 19. Funds raised from the event will provide financial support to assist Abilene area refugees including such needs as emergency housing.
The Abilene community is invited to join in the Walk which will feature live music, samples of ethnic food, and a photo display of “Faces of the IRC”.
