Employer Spotlight: Chipotle

Following the contribution of our network, the IRC Miami office was able to meet with Kirk LeMaire the Human Resources Generalist for Chipotle and about 15 of their Florida area managers this past April.   During this meeting, Chipotle reiterated their commitment to assisting the IRC in placing ready and eager to work candidates who have fled their countries seeking a new life the opportunity to find their first job in the United States.

The Miami office has been in direct contact with Chipotle area managers who have been of great help to our beneficiary hiring processes.  Three of our candidates have found in Chipotle not only a place of employment but a place to build their first steps to a better life. According to local manager responses, Candidates sent by the IRC have proven to be hard workers, friendly and passionate about their jobs.

Earlier this month, while completing online applications for one of our clients at the Chipotle Employment Portal, we discovered that under their “how did you hear about this job” section, the IRC comes up in their drop down menu. This is very exciting news; exemplifying our network support, fruitful nationwide partnerships with employers like these, and their satisfaction with our beneficiaries.  The coaching we give our beneficiaries and the response employers have to our fantastic candidates is invaluable. Certainly, we can all look forward to more successes like these.
