IRC in Miami Staffing Announcement: From Volunteer to Staff

 
The IRC in Miami is excited to announce that a remarkable IRC volunteer and friend of the Miami office is now a part of the IRC staff family! Florencia has been interning with the IRC as a Logistics Coordinator Assistant since January 2012. She was also involved with the IRC student chapter at her local college. Florencia has vast volunteering experience and is currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, with a minor in Economics and focus on Human Rights and Development from Florida International University’s Honors College.

As a volunteer, Florencia always displayed great passion for the cause of the IRC and kindness to the people that walk through our warehouse and office. She was definitely the go to volunteer when an unexpected need arose. Florencia will be working as a caseworker serving victims of human trafficking. Please join us in welcoming Florencia  to the IRC in Miami Team.
