Job Placement of the Month

Ruben Esber is a great young man who in the month of July interviewed at least ten different times with ten different employers, such as Best Buy and BJ’s. Esber was invited to meet with Employment Specialist (Beatriz Ayende Millet) and build a new resume. He agreed to. “I wanted to introduced him to Ross Department Stores and get him hired immediately”, says Beatriz. Ruben interviewed very well, he passed the background checks and the offer was giving for him to work on a part time basis earning $7.25. At the end of his training Ruben renegotiated his salary and got exactly what he wanted $9.00 an hour and a full time position, working the night shifts and going to school to learn ESOL in the mornings.

“He is a young natural entrepreneur and very dynamic Business Man” Beatriz adds. Ruben desires to bring his wife from Cuba by December 2011. On his free time Ruben helps his dad in his Export and Import business.
