International Rescue Committee (IRC)

Computers for Refugees!

Computer literacy is vital in today’s fast paced world.  For newly arrived refugees, a computer can be an essential tool to improve their English Language skills as well as their chances of gaining their first employment in America.

The IRC offices in New York and New Jersey are currently accepting new or gently used computers for each newly arrived refugee and asylee family served.

All desktop or laptop computers must be in good condition and in working order as the IRC is not able to make repairs to damaged or broken items.

For more information on how to donate your computer, please contact Vanessa Pirandello at vanessa.pirandello@rescue.org or the IRC in New York on 212 377 4728.

All donations made to the IRC are tax-deductible.
