New Partnership with Salvation Army

With its recent move to a new space, the IRC in New York is no longer able to accept, store or distribute clothing donations. As a result, an exciting new partnership with Salvation Army has been established allowing IRC clients access to free clothing at any Salvation Army store in New York City. This partnership provides the kind of warmhearted welcome that reminds us all how the support and respect of a new community is vital to one’s personal success.

In light of this partnership, anyone interested in donating gently used clothing to the IRC in New York is encouraged to direct their  donation to Salvation Army by calling 1-800-SA-TRUCK to schedule a pick-up. Donations can also be dropped off in person at any Salvation Army store or headquarters on 536 W. 46th Street, between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Should you need any further clarifications, please call the IRC in New York on 212-377-4728.
