Free Weekly DACA Consultations and Screenings at the IRC in Oakland and San Jose

Join the IRC in Oakland every Wednesday:
     in Oakland: from 2:00 to 5:00 pm
     in San Jose: from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
each week for FREE screenings and consultations to determine your Deferred Action eligibility!

No appointment is needed, but applicants will be helped on a first come first serve basis. Those who decide to apply for Deferred Action can schedule an appointment to file for DACA with the IRC. We charge a small nominal fee of $195 plus $10 mailing fee, but will not refuse service to anyone who cannot afford it.
