November Volunteer Orientation

If you are interested in contributing to the work of the IRC in Phoenix as a volunteer or intern, the first step is to attend the Volunteer Orientation. The hour long orientation includes Refugee 101, and is a great way to learn more about the work of the IRC, as well as the various opportunities available to meet your particular skills and interests.
 
The next Volunteer Orientation wil occur on Monday, November 14 from 6:00-7:00 pm at the IRC in Phoenix office on 7th Street North of  Camelback Rd. (5227 N. 7th Street Phoenix, AZ 85014). To reserve your spot and receive more information, please send an email to VolunteerPHX@Rescue.org.
 
Please Note: Volunteers and interns muct complete a background check prior to working directly with clients. The IRC kindly requests that you donate $30 toward the cost of conducting the background check.
 
Cannot attend the November 14 Volunteer Orientation? The Volunteer Orientation is typically held on the second Monday evening of each month, so you can plan to attend on Monday, December 12 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
