K - 5 Program

Thanks to the San Diego Women’s Foundation, the IRC has one year of seed funding for the IRC K - 5 Afterschool Program at Marshall Elementary School. 

The TEAM Project. TEAM (Teach, Engage, Achieve, Motivate) Project provides after school supervision and English instruction such as supplemental English education and homework assistance to children ages 5-12 years old.
