Vote for Outcasts United for One Book One San Diego

KPBS and the San Diego Public Library are in the decision making process for the 2010 One Book One San Diego.  One of the options is Outcasts United   A Refugee Team  An American Town by Warren St. John.  This book is about refugee youth soccer players near Atlanta, GA. Many of the players were resettled by IRC Atlanta.   We would love for San Diegans to read this book and learn more about refugees and their contribution to the communities they live in. 
 
UPDATE:  Outcasts United was selected as the One Book One San Diego book!
