The IRC in San Francisco receives a $25,000 grant from the East Bay Community Foundation
The IRC in San Francisco thanks the East Bay Community Foundation for their continued support throughout a 5 year partnership. The IRC recently received a $25,000 grant to support the highly successful Employment Program for refugees and asylees living in the East Bay.
The program assists refugees and asylees with employment, career development, and ascertaining self-sufficiency. Grants such as these help refugees and asylees access mentorship, vocational instruction, job classes, and a myriad of other services, through which, they become integrated into their new communities. The East Bay Community Foundation has been supporting the work of the IRC for more than 5 years. The IRC in San Francisco is incredibly grateful for this continued partnership.
