Join Team IRC for the 2010 Seattle Marathon!

STEP UP FOR REFUGEES WITH TEAM IRC

Since 2005, the International Rescue Committee has recruited runners and walkers (at all levels!) to join TEAM IRC in the annual Seattle marathon, and this year the IRC in Seattle's goal is to enter a team of 50 people who will each raise a minimum of $150 each.  

In the past, Team IRC members have raised thousands of dollars to help recently resettled refugees start their lives over in Western Washington. Along with the satisfaction of completing a marathon or half marathon Team IRC members will also receive benefits including discounted marathon registration ($75 Full Marathon or $65 Half Marathon), fundraising support, a limited edition Team IRC Marathon Shirt, training program and a celebration dinner @ Tutta Bella Pizzeria in the week following the marathon.
