"Warm for Winter" Clothing Drive a Big Success!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the IRC in Seattle’s “Warm for Winter” Clothing Drive! Starting last September, we asked you to help us prepare local refugee communities for the cold months ahead and requested donations of warm clothing, blankets and other winter essentials. Our call for donations resulted in an absolutely tremendous response from the community and we reached our donation capacity in a few short months. Soon after we announced the donation drive, our offices were overflowing with winter clothing of every size, shape and color – over 900 items in all!

Thanks to our generous supporters, countless refugees of all ages living in our community have received much-needed, free winter clothing and supplies. Thank you for helping to ensure a warm and healthy winter for all!
