Meet the Interns, Summer 2012

Shyla Dogan, MA, is a summer intern serving as the High School Youth Ambassador program coordinator. “I like the feeling of giving back, and it’s good to see the young people able to step out of their paradigm,” Shyla said. “It’s an opportunity for them to see what’s going on in the world.” Photo: Emily Coyle/IRC

This Summer the IRC in Tucson is hosting 25 interns from 7 universities. We are excited to incorporate their passion and experience into our organization. Two new intern positions were created for Summer 2012: Community Orientation Assistant and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services.
