September Volunteer Orientation and Training Dates

IRC Orientations - 45 minutes
Casual quick session to learn more about IRC Tucson and how to get involved. Feel free to bring your lunch or your family.
After Hours: Thursday, September 9th 6:00 p.m.
Business Hours: Monday, September 20th 11:00 a.m.
 
Monthly IRC Volunteer Trainings
Providing volunteers and interns with the knowledge vital to compassionately and confidently assist our refugee clients. An informative and interactive introduction to the road which refugees travel as they come to the United States and the reality which confronts them once they arrive. Part 1 is required for all volunteers/ interns. Part 2 is a supplemnet required only for Family Mentors and ESL teachers serving outside the office.
Part 1: Tues, September 28th 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Part 2: Wed, September 29th 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
* All sessions held at 3100 N Campbell Ave.
 
Please note: The IRC considers its volunteers to be valuable partners in our mission to provide opportunities for refugees to thrive in America.
