On Monday, November 12 the IRC in Tucson will host its annual Volunteer Appreciation Night, a formal event to recognize and appreciate the over 100 volunteers who supported the IRC this past fiscal year. This event will include a light dinner along with individual recognitions and awards. We are honored and privileged to have such a committed group of volunteers supporting IRC operations. On Thursday, November 15 Grace St. Paul Episcopal Church will once again host a Thanksgiving dinner and celebration for the entire refugee community. This event is always well attended and gives refugees a chance to come together as a community and celebrate their new country of residence. The event will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Grace St. Paul is located at 2331 E. Adams Street, one block south of The Arizona Inn in Tucson. Special thanks to Grace St. Paul for sharing their space with our refugee neighbors!
