Giving monthly is efficient for you, effective for us and life-changing for the people we serve.

Monthly gifts help our teams respond quickly to emergencies in the world’s toughest places and stay for as long as we are needed. 

Sustained support helps us continue our programs uninterrupted. We’re able to provide ongoing education to refugee children and consistent protection services, medical care and other life-changing support.

The world’s worst crises in 2021: how the IRC is responding

In the world’s toughest places, displaced families need your help more than ever. In Yemen at the end of 2020, malnutrition for children under 5 was the highest ever recorded. In Afghanistan, humanitarian needs are skyrocketing amid unrelenting violence and the pandemic. In Syria, the war has now been going on for a decade and to make matters worse, families now face a brutally cold winter without shelter and the emergency supplies they need to survive.

How do I become a monthly donor?

You can elect to make your monthly payment by credit card, check or postal order, or have your gift transferred electronically from a checking account. Any option you choose will be easy, efficient and safe:  

Mail a check: Please make your check or postal order payable to the IRC, and include a note that specifies you would like your donation to be a monthly gift. Send it to: International Rescue Committee, Attn: Donor Services.122 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10168.

Call with a credit card: Contact our toll-free number, 855-9RESCUE (973-7283), specify you would like to set up a monthly gift, and your first month’s gift will be processed within five working days.

Set up a monthly gift online: Make your monthly donation online and your first month’s gift will be processed immediately.

Your monthly support will continue uninterrupted, but you can change, suspend, or cancel your giving at any time simply by contacting us at [email protected].
