The IRC is an official impact partner of Participant Media’s film, Human Flow, directed by artist and activist Ai Weiwei. As the film illuminates, the humanitarian response to the world’s more than 65 million displaced people—the highest number ever recorded—demands innovative solutions.
The IRC has taken on this challenge. We work in more than 40 countries and in 28 U.S. cities to help people whose lives and livelihoods are shattered by crisis to survive, recover and regain control of their future. The IRC is partnering with Human Flow to build wish lists for recently resettled families, hold community welcoming events in select cities, and mobilize film audiences on ways they can act.
