Acute malnutrition is the underlying cause of half the deaths for children under the age of five. After visiting IRC nutrition programs in South Sudan and Chad, Mia Farrow is urging the international community to upgrade the global system for treating acute malnutrition to help save lives. She calls it the biggest humanitarian opportunity she's seen in over 25 visits to Sub-Saharan Africa.
