We believe that only through cooperation between our supply partners and ourselves can we receive the best price for the right products in an atmosphere that is fair to all.
The IRC’s procurement practices are governed by our internal rules and regulations as well as by various donor and grant regulations. As a result, our Administrative requirements may vary depending on the equipment or service procured, and for which program or office the transaction is supporting. All Request for Proposals and Request for Quotes will clearly list our requirements, and the eligibility requirements for those supply partners that wish to participate in the tender.

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is an international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, and protection for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster.
The IRC operates in Poland and has a requirement to establish a Tender Bid to supply Cash facilitation and assistance to Ukrainians in Poland to or at the following locations (Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lublin, Rzeszow, Krakow). The International rescue committee Polska will establish a contractual agreement with one or more technology providers to provide cash assistance to Ukrainians in Poland that meets IRC’s criteria.

Welcome Center Boarding Expansion - Phoenix, AZ
Updated Posting, extended deadline to 4/27/22: This project is an 8,930 SF tenant improvement in the IRC Welcome Center, which was formally Ann Ott Elementary School. The scope of work includes converting existing classrooms into apartments for sleeping, repairing and creating fire rated walls, and an extensive remodelof existing men’s and women’s restrooms into new restrooms that include showers.
