GenR Dallas members, eager to meet and welcome the new members of their community, planned the Iftar to connect with refugees in a warm and culturally rich setting, hear their stories, relate to their experiences as well as inspire a strong community and neighborly relationships

Many of the students in Crawford High School's 2018 graduating class came to the US as refugees – meet some of the students who celebrated the completion of their high school careers

Goldman Sachs’ employees learned about IRC in Salt Lake City women’s empowerment programming and held a month-long donation drive in honor of Women’s History Month to support newly resettled refugees in our community.

Rock for Refugees not only brought Nathan Hale High School senior Emmett Lucas one step closer to graduation, it took his senior project outside of the classroom and onto the stage. The event drew more than 150 people and raised an estimated $1,400 in support of the IRC.

Two Syrian refugee families from Turlock and two Afghan families from Modesto took time to get family portraits in their new home. Gazing at his family posing in an almond orchard, Adnan Alnabosi from Syria said, “I’m so happy to be in a safe place.”
