The purpose of our code of conduct (the IRC Way) is to ensure that we carry out our work following the ethical and moral principles that support our humanitarian calling.
The International Rescue Committee’s Ethics and Compliance Unit (ECU), created in 2016, issues its first Annual Report summarizing the development of the unit and its work in 2019.
