The International Rescue Committee is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide high-quality legal assistance at a low cost to all immigrants.

On August 19, the Georgia House Study Committee on Innovative Ways to Maximize Global Talent convened for its first legislative meeting, commencing an important and exciting bipartisan initiative to maximize the economic contributions and workforce participation of our foreign-born neighbors here in Georgia.

For the past seven years, the Coalition of Refugee Service Agencies (CRSA) has welcomed over 300 volunteers—including many of you—to the Georgia State Capitol for our annual New Americans Celebration to engage with legislators and share their personal support for keeping Georgia welcoming to refugees and immigrants.

With support from the Utah Bar Foundation and other funding partners, the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Salt Lake City alongside four local legal service providers—Catholic Community Services of Utah, Comunidades Unidas, Holy Cross Ministries, and Immigrant Legal Services—is excited to announce the launch of the Utah Immigration Collaborative, a community solution to providing broader, more cohesive legal immigration services to immigrants in the Beehive State.
