IRC is working in a challenging context where connectivity is a major issue, secondly, teachers and students have limited access to hardware such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Thus, there is a need to use a combination of technology tools such as Interactive Voice Response (IVR), SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging apps through an integrated platform to engage the teachers, caregivers, and students through tech access available to them.

IRC is looking for a vendor/technology service provider to enter a master service agreement (MSA) to develop and customize an education-specific content delivery system through SMS, IVR, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and other popular messaging apps. The plat-form will be used to engage teachers, caregivers, and students by delivering a wide variety of con-tent such as text messages, audio, and video content. Similarly, students, teachers, and caregivers can interact with a specific channel to receive the required resource based on the available hard-ware such as simple phones, feature phones, and smartphones.

L’Unité Éthique et Conformité (ECU) de l'IRC, créée en 2016, veille à ce que l'IRC incorpore une culture d'intégrité, de prévention, d'identification et d'atténuation des risques à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et dans le respect de l'IRC Way (notre code de conduite), de nos valeurs et de la loi.
