The fastest growing GenR chapter in IRC history, GenR: LA is full of diverse and caring members with extraordinary backgrounds. In the past four months, we've grown from a group of eight people interested in learning more about the IRC to a group of 83 passionate professionals, working and living in the Los Angeles area.

The IRC in Salt Lake City is currently running a series, “Refugee Resettlement”, describing our efforts to resettle and serve refugees and their families who now call the Beehive State “home.” Part three, the final in the series, focuses on the programs and services offered to support refugees’ and New Americans’ efforts to positively integrate beyond resettlement.

On November 19th, 2020, members of the community joined together virtually to show their support their refugees at our annual fundraising dinner, Breaking Bread.

The IRC in Salt Lake City offers a variety of services available to asylees and asylum-seekers free of charge, including employment assistance, tax filing support, immigration consultations and much more.
