Scope of Service

This volunteer would assist with various administrative tasks such as:  donation sorting, filing paperwork, organizing supplies, writing thank you cards, and helping with large mailings. This role would not include contact with clients, and will take place at our office or storage unit. 


  • Sorting donations and creating "Welcome Kits"
  • Packing for upcoming housing set ups
  • Organizing and filing paperwork for caseworkers 
  • Writing thank you cards to donors and partners and obtaining staff signatures
  • Stuffing envelopes and addressing for mailings 

Time Commitment 

Flexible, at least 2-4 hours per weeks preferred Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm.
