Support the IRC in Abilene case workers by providing direct client and office assistance during regular IRC business hours 8:30am - 4:30pm; Monday - Friday.
Location: The IRC Abilene Office at 3305 N 3rd St #320, Abilene, TX 79603
Time Commitment: At least 3 Months with a minimum of 4 hours a week.
Duties:
- Assist staff with various office tasks.
- Assist clients with follow up calls regarding bills, appointments, etc.
- Assist clients with filling out paperwork and job readiness skills.
- Assist with client transportation to and from field visits (Must pass driving check and training to drive clients)
- Helpful, but not required, language skills: Swahili, Kinyarwanda, French, Kirundi, Spanish, Pashto and Dari.
