Often multiple volunteers will assist larger families or a volunteer will pull clothes for a family not in attendance. Prior to their first time with a client, the Volunteer Coordinator or an expierienced volunteer will provide training to the new volunteer.
Location: CSC; 3185 N 10th Street.
Time Commitment: At least 2 Thursdays a month and occasionally an on-call basis.
Duties:
- Provide transportation for client to/from CSC on occasion.
- Assist client(s) in choosing clothes.
- Help clients understand sizing, quality, and seasonal appropriateness.
- CSC is open M-F from 9-12 and 1-4; the first Saturday of the month from 9-12.
