Donations are a significant source of assistance for any newly arrived refugee family. The IRC receives diaper donations from the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona each month. Volunteers assist by picking up these much-needed items and dropping them off at the IRC office for clients to receive. Additionally, volunteers assist with picking up furniture and delivering them to the homes of newly arrived refugee families.
Requirements: Volunteers must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be innovative thinkers. Have access to a large vehicle.
Minimum Commitment: At least once a month for 4 months
