Office Hours for New Clients
Monday: 9:30AM - 1:00PM
Wednesday: 9:30AM - 3:00PM
Thursday: 9:30AM - 3:00PM
Visiting the Office
- New clients are seen on a first come, first served basis.
- New clients will not be seen on Tuesdays and Fridays.
- To follow-up with the intake department, email [email protected].
Documentation
When you visit the IRC office to receive services, please bring the following documents.
For all new clients:
- Proof of residency in Montgomery County or Prince George’s County: Examples include lease, utility bill, or house ownership document.
- Proof of humanitarian immigrant status: Examples include I-94, asylum approval letter, VOT certification letter, passport, or travel authorization document.
If You Have It Already:
- Employment Authorization Document – EAD card.
- Social security card.
- Proof of public benefits: Examples include SNAP (food stamps), TCA, or RCA approval letter; Medicaid card.
- Proof of income: Examples include pay stub or employment offer letter.
