"We Can Be Heroes"
January 23, 2012
By The IRC
In times of crisis we are stronger together. That's why the International Rescue Committee is proud to join Save the Children and Mercy Corps in partnering with DC Entertainment as part of the We Can be Heroes campaign.
Together, we aim to help millions of people suffering the effects of drought and famine in Africa.
The multi-media campaign will use iconic super heroes — Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and others — to raise public awareness about the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the Horn and East Africa and to support our lifesaving relief efforts.
The campaign's message? That you don't have to be a super hero to help save lives.

Donate Now: Support the IRC's drought response — DC Entertainment will match your donations 100% up to $1 million of all campaign donations.
